Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE BILL NO. 17 was read the third time. Senator Ellis called the Senate. The call was satisfied. Senator Halford moved that the provisions of the zero fiscal notes not related to the fiscal analysis from Department of Administration, Department of Law be removed. Senator Duncan objected. The question being: Shall the provisions not related to the fiscal analysis of the zero fiscal notes be removed? The roll was taken with the following result: SB 17 Remove provisions from department fiscal notes not related to fiscal analysis YEAS: 14 NAYS: 6 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Donley, Green, Halford, Kelly, Leman, Miller, Parnell, Pearce, Phillips, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Nays: Adams, Duncan, Ellis, Hoffman, Lincoln, Mackie and so, the analyses provisions were removed. Senators Miller, Ward moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cosponsors on the bill.
